Lenalidomide

Lenalidomide is an anti-angiogenic drug and is an immune system regulator with strong anti-neoplastic, anti-angiogenic and anti-inflammatory properties. This drug is prescribed in the treatment of malignant tumors such as multiple myeloma, mantle cell lymphoma and in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
Lenalidomide may work through various mechanisms leading to tumor cell death and enhanced host immune responses.
